refund and cancellation policy

**all sessions have their own specific language for their policies. please check your confirmation emails for full refund and cancellation policies.

Rescheduling appointments is available at any time up until booking start by calling or emailing Augmentality. Cancellation within 24 hours of booking, or no shows to a booking, offers no refunds as stations and availability are limited. Rescheduling is the only option within 24 hours, and no options available 15 minutes before and after booking start.

Larger groups (6 stations and up) can cancel up to a week before of the booking. During the week of, you can only reschedule and make changes up until 24 before the booking. ANY booking that misses their session without communication before hand, is forfeit of any rescheduling or refunds.

**Walk in customers do not get reschedules or refunds unless due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, power outages, etc)

All charges are waived in the case that your reservation is cancelled due to circumstances beyond either party's control (e.g., severe weather; power outages).
